Collaboration and inclusion
Between the long days and endless hours, you’re going to need community, access to capital, and a clear path to cultivate your dreams. But these luxuries are not accessible to all.
There are more than 1.5 million registered nonprofits in the United States; however, only 150,000 of those organizations are led by people of color according to the National Center for Charitable Statistics.
This needs to change. So, let’s do it together.
By sharing your honest thoughts and bold ideas in a culturally safe space, we can build a better community together. One where everyone has a seat at the table, minority leaders are affirmed in their identity, and we all can keep changing the world as planned.
